When Marietta Winters’ brother is arrested for murder, the ton turns its back on her and no one will help her save her brother from the hangman’s noose. No one except sexy and maddeningly Gabriel Noble who asks only three things from the desperate beauty. A deal with the devil is better than no help at all in Marietta’s mind so she finds herself pretending to be a wanton wench in the underbelly of London even as Marietta tries to not fall in love with this rake. But three nights are not enough for Gabriel and soon he wants more from the beauty but his secrets are coming to light. Can Marietta find a way to forgive him for them or will she find herself walking away from the one man who stirs not just her body but also her soul with his wicked kisses?

I got to admit Anne Mallory delivers one wickedly intriguing story with complex characters that capture my imagination right from the beginning. The story moves nicely and keeps the reader glued to the pages until the very end. Ms. Mallory introduces the reader to Merritta Winters, a down on her luck woman who doesn’t believe her brother is capable of murder even as everyone else does. Desperate, she finds help with the arrogant Gabriel North who gives his help in exchange of three nights with him. What Marietta finds out is that this annoying man just might be her heart’s desire…if she can go past the fact he can bring her weak at the knees. Gabriel North is a sexy hero who keeps the heroine on her toes even as he slowly falls for her. I loved the interaction between these two and the chemistry between these two is off the charts sizzling hot. The mystery in the storyline kept me guessing and this is an author who knows how to capture her readers’ imaginations with such a delightful cast of characters and an engrossing storyline.

THREE NIGHTS OF SIN is one of those amazingly wonderful stories that leave you wanting more. Ms. Mallory’s vivid descriptions and settings are quite enjoyable to read and don’t deter from the story at all. If you are looking for a fast paced historical romance that leaves you on the edge of your seat, then grab THREE NIGHTS OF SIN and get ready for one pulse pounding ride from the first page to the last. Ms. Mallory is fast becoming to my go to author when I need a historical romance pick me up. I am eager to see what she pens next for her readers.
